    Here’s my 30 day Challenge: 1) Meditate at least ten minutes each day . This is simlpy a good habit and great for well being, something that helps manage stress everyday. 2) Do ten sit ups when I get up and 10 sit ups before I go to bed. The core muscles are essential and without them, a good posture and personal health get to be more difficult to achieve later in life. 3) Save $ 5.00 each day. Why set aside five dollars each day? Think of it as cash on hand in 30 days- $150 keep the habit up and in 365 days, it comes to $ 1,825 every little bit of effort, even over 30 days, can change all things for the better.
